MEMBERSHIP

• Get the Celebrate & Enjoy (C & E) Learning Lifestyle Card when you purchase at least Php 1,000 at any C & E Bookshop branch near you. Fill out the application form, submit to the staff of C & E Bookshop, and get your
  C & E Learning Lifestyle Card.
• Members are entitled to 17% discount on medical textbooks. The discount is not applicable on medical textbooks already on sale. Discount is valid from November 30, 2016 to November 30, 2017.
• Membership for the C & E Learning Lifestyle Card is for individuals only. No institutions, corporations, employees of C & E Publishing, Inc., and its affiliates, or other legal entities are eligible to join as members.
• Members of the C & E Learning Lifestyle Card will automatically receive news and promotional offers from
  C & E Publishing, Inc. through email and SMS. However, they may unsubscribe from the mailing list should they wish not to receive offers and updates.

EARNING OF IDEAS

• Purchases of any medical, nursing, and allied health titles earn one (1) Idea for every Php 1,000 spent, net of discounts, at any C & E Bookshop branch. Earn one stamp for each Idea.
• Present your C & E Learning Lifestyle Card to the cashier upon payment. No C & E Learning Lifestyle Card, no Ideas.
• Ideas are non-transferable. Members can only get Ideas for their own purchases.
• Valid for all cash and credit card transactions.
• The following purchases are not valid to earn Ideas: (1) online transactions, (2) transactions by book dealers,
  (3) BOS, and (4) library purchases.
• Members must present the C & E Learning Lifestyle Card upon purchase to earn Ideas. No card, no Idea.

REDEMPTION OF REWARDS

• A member must earn the required number of Ideas to qualify for the redemption of rewards. A combination of two or more C & E Learning Lifestyle Cards is not allowed.
• To redeem any of the rewards, members shall submit the C & E Learning Lifestyle Card at any C & E Bookshop branch.
• Tampering of Ideas to obtain the required number of Ideas will render the cards null and void.
• The C & E Learning Lifestyle Card starts on November 30, 2016. Ideas may be earned from November 30, 2016 to November 30, 2017. Redemption of the rewards starts on November 30, 2016 up to January 30, 2018.
• For lost C & E Learning Lifestyle Card, member shall present a valid ID and fill out a replacement form at any
  C & E Bookshop branch. All Ideas will be forfeited.
• The C & E Learning Lifestyle Card is not valid in Naga, Bacolod, Tacloban, and Mindanao.
• C & E Publishing, Inc. reserves the right to modify, restrict, or cancel the Ideas conversion or any aspect of the program at any time without notice.
