Eclaro Academy, a private school in Old Balara, Quezon City, signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with C & E Publishing, Inc. to advance its K to 12 e-learning program through C & E’s learning content management system. The signing was held last December 15 at Dolcelatte in South Triangle, Quezon City.

The MOA detailed the two institutions’ shared goal of promoting the efficacy of digital learning solutions through KITE Academy. A product of KITE E-Learning Solutions, Inc., C & E’s digital resource development and management affiliate, KITE Academy is a smart learning solutions system for electronic and digital platforms, comprised of teaching and learning tools and resources specifically designed to create and distribute K to 12 curriculum-aligned interactive lessons and monitor classroom activities.

“[T]he school believes that in order for us to cater to the needs of modern-day learners, the millennials, we have to infuse technologies in the classroom, i.e. movie clips, interactive activities, (photo and video) uploads, and ads to make each session more interesting than a learning set-up using traditional teaching styles and to keep the students attentive during class,” said Allan Susarno, principal of Eclaro Academy.

C & E Publishing, Inc. chief operating officer John Emyl Eugenio, KITE E-Learning Solutions, Inc. general manager Wilmer Zuñiga, Eclaro Academy chief operating officer Dr. Patrick Alain Azanza, and Susarno signed the MOA.
