C&E ALS ties up with RMMC-GenSan to support student career readiness initiatives
General Santos City, Philippines — C&E Adaptive Learning Solutions (C&E ALS) signed a three-year partnership agreement with Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges (RMMC) on March 10 at the RMMC campus in General Santos City, South Cotabato, to support initiatives aimed at strengthening student development and career readiness.
The partnership is part of C&E ALS’s continuing efforts to work with higher education institutions in equipping students with competencies that respond to the evolving demands of industries and employers.
RMMC-GenSan President Dr. Kristoffer Franz Mari R. Millado, Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Geraldine D. Rodriguez, and C&E ALS Chief Executive Officer John Emyl G. Eugenio signed the agreement.
Through the partnership, students will be supported in documenting their academic work, achievements, and skill development in ways that encourage reflection, continuous improvement, and readiness for professional practice. Faculty members will also guide them in developing a clearer understanding of their learning progress and competencies.
At its core, the partnership will help students build digital portfolios of their academic work, skills, and achievements, making it easier for them to showcase their capabilities to future employers.
By strengthening how students track and present their learning, the initiative aims to help graduates transition more confidently into the workforce, enhancing employability and enabling them to clearly demonstrate their value in an increasingly skills-driven job market.
According to Eugenio, initiatives such as this reflect the shared responsibility of institutions and learning partners in preparing students for life beyond the classroom.
“We believe that education should not only focus on knowledge acquisition but also on helping learners understand their growth and confidently present what they can do,” he said. “Partnerships like this allow us to support institutions in nurturing students who are ready to contribute meaningfully to their professions.”
C&E ALS works with higher education institutions across the Philippines to introduce learning solutions that support assessment, student development, and lifelong learning. As the country’s only comprehensive learning and research solutions provider, C&E ALS continues to help institutions adapt to today’s demands while shaping the future of education.
For RMMC, the partnership supports its ongoing efforts to improve student learning and prepare graduates for the demands of today’s workforce.
