CE-Logic, Inc.’s new partners and outstanding subscribers took the limelight at the 6th National Electronic Conference Fellowship Night titled “Spark: Igniting Possibilities.” The event was held on May 19 at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila as a celebration of the two-day annual conference which ended on May 20.
John Emyl Eugenio, CE-Logic’s Chief Operating Officer, announced new ties with Elsevier, Euromonitor International, Jaypee Digital, Icon Books, and Multimedia Pte Ltd, and McGraw-Hill Education.
Aside from sharing the news of another milestone, top subscribers were also honored in the Fellowship Night. Daughters of Charity and De La Salle University received plaques of appreciation for being the longest-running consortium and for having the most number of members in a consortium, respectively. The latter also received a certificate of appreciation and a brand new Acer Tablet for having the highest usage in a single database in a year. Event sponsors were also presented with certificates of appreciation.
A dance presentation by the LPP Dancers opened the night following dinner, while CE-Logic President Maximo Gomez officially welcomed the delegates. To report on and celebrate CE-Logic’s achievements in the past years, Senior Sales Manager OIC Myla Stephanie Villarosa presented a progress overview of the company and proposed a toast for the advancement of libraries and the Philippine educational system. CE-Logic’s concurrent Regional Sales Manager for Visayas Sid Padpad capped the event with his closing remarks.
To keep things more exciting, CE-Logic held a raffle draw where a brand new Acer Tablet was given away.
