Corporate History

With its vision of becoming the leading provider of e-learning and e-business solutions by integrating information and communications technology (ICT) in business and academic institutions, CE-Logic, Inc. was launched on March 2007. CE-Logic’s combined information-based solutions include library automation systems, interactive media systems, and online library resources that feature databases, e-books, and e-journals.

CE-Logic’s parent company, C & E Publishing, Inc., was established in 1993 to engage primarily in the reprinting and distribution of foreign medical and science books with acquired licenses from reputable publishers. Today, C & E has become the major supplier of books in medicine, nursing, and allied sciences to most schools and libraries in the Philippines. Moreover, it has forged lasting partnerships with global publishers to keep abreast of the latest trends and breakthroughs in the medical, scientific, and technological fields. C & E’s venture into the world of digital publishing and online products has enabled the company to face the stiff competition posed by local competitors. Hence, CE-Logic came into being.

CE-Logic is a brand that offers solutions for academic institutions and companies with maximum reliability and efficiency through the latest interactive multimedia technology and authoritative web-based reference and information services.
